The problem
HealtHives wanted to help diaspora patients in the UK reach GMC-verified doctors who share their language and cultural context — pairing patients with the right specialist across many languages, offering both video and asynchronous consultations, and adding peer-support communities and health webinars, all handled safely and privately.
The solution
iGen delivered a healthcare platform with doctor matching across specialities and languages, HD video and messaging consultations, condition-based community "Hives", and a webinar library. It is built on Next.js and React with Stripe for payments, a component-driven responsive UI, encrypted consultations, and a technical-SEO foundation so the service is discoverable to the communities it serves. Native iOS and Android apps are on the roadmap.
