The problem
Ride Technologies needed a full rideshare marketplace — rider app, driver app, and business accounts — built around a fairer fee model than the dominant players, with no surge pricing and low fixed booking fees so drivers keep more of what they earn.
The solution
iGen contributed to building out the RIDE platform's web presence and supporting rider/driver-facing features, including tiered ride options (RIDE X, XL, LUX, VIP Black), a peer-to-peer payment flow, and a business-accounts offering for healthcare, hospitality, and education clients needing managed transportation.
